In this 90 day program, we meet 1:1 for twelve sessions. I meet you wherever you’re at in life and your health and establish small habit changes, a little at a time, that add up to make a HUGE difference. It works so seamlessly with your life that you start living a healthier lifestyle without even realizing it!

We dig into which foods make you feel best and how to ramp up your fat burning abilities. But perhaps even more importantly, we work through the “how” of eating, and things like your relationship with food and your body, self-sabotage, letting go of old wounds that may be affecting your eating, and managing stress in simple but powerful ways. This is where true, long-term change occurs.

And the best part is that this program is meant to work WITH your life. It’s not meant to add MORE to do or add time-consuming activities. It meets you where you’re at in life and gives you the right system, support, and accountability to make the changes you’ve always wanted to make but didn’t know how to – or couldn’t stick with.
