"Free" Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
I love me some fresh salad but hate wasting the fat and calories on dressing! I came up with this "free" dressing that packs a HUGE flavor punch, and I use it on salads or to dip my veggies when I need a crunchy snack. This recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, vegan, and sugar free. Oh, and it's tasty too!

- 3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Mustard, plain
- 1 tsp Stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
In bowl or salad dressing container, add all ingredients except for water. Shake or whisk very well to combine.
Add the water, then shake again. The ACV packs a punch, so you may add additional water (or olive oil, if you prefer a thicker dressing) to dilute the flavor if too strong.
