Roasted French Green Beans
These green beans are so easy to make, and you may never cook green beans another way again! I love to roast large batches and freeze the extras for a quick side on another day.

- 2 pounds French Green Beans
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Parsley
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Working in bunches, cut ends off of the green beans. Cut beans in half if desired, and place in colander. Rinse well.
Transfer washed beans to mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spread beans on a cookie sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, or until they being to brown.
Transfer to serving dish. Add additional salt and pepper to taste and garnish with additional parsley. Enjoy!
